SALON POLICY

You will now enter the main salon at the top of the stairs to the left, through the doorway. For treatments with 'The Attic Room' or 'Brows by Morgan' please follow signs to left.  We ask that you arrive on time, and not too early to your appointment as we have limited space in the waiting area, (at the top of the stairs to the right on the bench).

Consultation forms (sometimes found in your junk mail) must be filled before each appointment). Confirmation of your booking may have also gone here, move these to your inbox for future notifications and appointment reminders.

We respectfully ask that you give us 48hours notice to change your appointments, any less will incur a 50% cancellation fee and anyone cancelling within 24hours or not showing to an appointment will be charged fully for your treatment. We cannot rebook until payment has been made. This policy is in place as all our therapists are self employed.

Due to lack of space for buggies and for the safety of your children due to sharp objects and chemicals on stations - with a heavy heart we now ask that children do not attend to your appointment anymore unless they have an appointment themselves booked.

Anyone under the age of 18, undergoing a treatment, must be accompanied by a parent or carer to their first appointment.
