We ask for 48hours notice when cancelling or moving your appointment to allow for us to fill your appointment space. 

If less than 48hours is given, we can try to fill your appointment space and if unable, we will charge you 50% of your treatment price.


If you don’t attend or let us know you can’t make your appointment we will charge full price for your appointment an automated message will be sent with bank details and we will add the missed appointment & payment date to your client notes.

If unpaid, we will ask for full payment before any new appointments can be made.
